User Accounts

Ludlow offers optional accounts for personalized features like Letterboxd watchlist syncing, saved theater preferences, and in-app notifications. When you create an account or use those features, we may store:

• Email address — used for magic link sign-in and account-related support.
• Profile preferences — including your Letterboxd username, preferred city, and favorite theaters when available.
• Watchlist data — titles and related metadata from your public Letterboxd watchlist, such as release year, Letterboxd link, and the time of your last sync.
• In-app notification data — notification records tied to watchlist matches inside Ludlow.

You can request account deletion by emailing hello@ludlow.show.

Authentication

We use magic-link sign-in through Supabase. Your browser may store sign-in and preference data so Ludlow works properly. Ludlow does not store passwords.

What We Don't Collect

We do not run ad trackers, or sell your data to advertisers. Showtime information displayed on the site is sourced from publicly available theater listings.

Third-Party Services

Letterboxd provides the public watchlist data you choose to sync. Privacy policy.

TMDB provides film metadata. Privacy policy.

Google Fonts provides typefaces. Privacy policy.
